In addition, your web browser or game software may transmit certain geographic and technical information to us (e.g. system information, game data, analytics). We may use this information to generate aggregate statistics about our users.
We may also use such information for our security, system integrity and for enforcemnet purposes. We may also collect iP information, which we may use to infer your approximate location.
CheatCode may also collect information from third parties, such as third-party advertising companies, such as Google Adsense, Google Analytics, and other third-party services. We may use this information to provide you with targeted advertisements and to improve our services.
CheatCode may enhance or merge the personal information collected by CheatCode with data from third parties in order to update your contact information, perform market analysis, or improve our products, services or systems.
The personal information you provide CheatCode, and that CheatCode collects automatically, will allow us to provide our services, fulfill your service orders, alert you of new products/services, handle/route your customer service or technical support questions or issues; and/or to notify you of opportunities, contents, promotions or other events/offers.
We also use this information to secure our services and users, prevent cheating and fraud, to monitor for behaviour which violates our Terms of Service, and to enforce our legal rights and agreements.
Additionally, communications made using any CheatCode product or service should not be considered private.
Should our systems detect abusive/toxic behaviour, or another player or customer report a chat message in a public chat, the chat transcription will be saved to our database and used for the purpose of moderation.
You acknowledge and agree that you have any expectation of privacy concerning the transmission of any user generated content or communications, including without limitation chat text and message board postings.
We may use your personal information for internal marketing or demographic purposes, and so we can adapt our products and services to better suit your needs. We do this to better understand and serve our players and customers.

We may occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals, and promotions. We will only send you offers that are relevant to your interests and that we believe will be of interest to you. Additionally, we will only send you offers if you consent to it. We will send you strictly service related announcements when it is necessary to do so. This includes important notifications about your account security, such as password reminders, unknown logins and sensitive data changes. You are unable to opt out of these communications as they are not promotional in nature.
When you are asked for information while using a CheatCode service, you are providing the information to CheatCode Media Group Ltd. If you are using a service operated "Astrocard", a trading name of MetaClient LLC, MetaClient LLC will also be collecting your information.
Occasionally, CheatCode may use third party contractors to collect and process personal information on its behalf. In all instances, CheatCode controls the use of your data via written contracts, which conform to this Privacy Policy.
Some services are provided with partner companies. For instance, if you use a service that requires you to make a purchase, you may be asked to provide your credit card information to the partner company, or in the case of cryptocurrency, to the cryptocurrency exchange (e.g. Coinbase or OpenSea).
CheatCode cannot always control the use of your information by third parties. While we cannot guarantee that third parties will not unlawfully use your information, we will take reasonable steps to protect your privacy and ensure that your information is not unlawfully used.
Our websites may include certain social media features. These features may collect information about how you interact with them, and may collect data such as your internet protocol ("IP") address, which page you are visiting on our websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly.
Social media features and widgets are hosted by a third party, or hosted directly on our websites. Should you use a third-party feature, your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
CheatCode will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways detailed in this Privacy Policy. However, CheatCode may share non-personal information with third parties with third parties. We additionally share unique identifiers specific to your device with third parties to tailor content and adjust or improve our services.

We may share your information with third party contractors to perform services on our behalf. In these situations, a written contract between CheatCode and the vendor shall control such disclosure, and the vendor must agree to reasonable levels of security regarding your data. The vendor will not be permitted to use your data except as required for its services to CheatCode. If your data is anonymised, the vendor is permitted to use your data for other purposes.
Your personal information is also an asset of CheatCode - as is the case with any business. In the event that CheatCode Media Group Ltd., or a specific line of business is sold, your personal information may be disclosed to a relevant third party to allow you to receive service and support in reference to that line of business.

CheatCode may have multiplayer communication functions, such as chat features, where users can exchange messages with one another. When posting to such a service, this information is being made publicly available and the user does so at their own risk. CheatCode takes significant steps to ensure the welfare of young people using our services.
Once a child states that their age is under 13, our system will prevent them from registering an account with us. We take an extensive range of security measures to protect your personal information, and keep it confidential (with the exception of non-confidential by nature data such as user-generated content, rankings, forum posts, public profile data etc).
